Load the offer before checkout begins.
Sign in to ShopRite's service, open its digital coupons and select the relevant offer's loading control. Check for the loaded status afterward. ShopRite's Digital Coupon Help Center says coupons must be downloaded before the register transaction starts. Use the same linked account when checking out.
Do this during planning, while you have time to read. Keep a note of any coupon you still need to investigate instead of assuming it is ready. If you cannot find the offer after signing in, return to the retailer's help information before planning around it.
Search for the groceries you already intend to buy. Put unrelated offers aside so coupon preparation does not turn into a second shopping list of things you had not planned to purchase.
Match the package before adding it.
Open the complete coupon description and compare its brand, size, variety, quantity and expiration with the item you intend to buy. ShopRite's coupon policy requires following the offer terms. Do the check again if you choose a substitute in the aisle.

A similar package is a prompt to read, not a reason to assume eligibility. If you would not use the required amount, leave the offer out of your plan rather than expanding the basket to fit it.
Check the coupon types before combining them.
Under ShopRite's policy, a ShopRite coupon and a manufacturer coupon may apply to an item; multiple manufacturer offers cannot combine. Digital Clip or Load events have additional restrictions. Read the specific terms before counting a combination.
Write down the combination you are trying to verify. Keep the individual offers available so you can check their issuers and wording. Do not assume a coupon is a store coupon just because you found it inside the retailer's service.
Review what happened at checkout.
Use the account associated with your prepared offers and review your receipt. When the result differs from your expectation, identify the exact item and offer before asking the store for help. A focused question is easier to resolve than a general claim that the shopping total looks wrong.
